Set your plans in motion & build your Earthworks!
Find a place that you can get permission to make your Earthwork. Use designs from previous challenges. You will probably have to shrink your plans to fit the space, but you’ll still get the experience of doing the layout, marking key points, and building.
- What type of soil?
- Is it aligned with the moon or sun?
- Is it an effigy?
- Does it tell a story?
When you finish, take photos from a visitor’s perspective (even if to scale a visitor would be an inch or two tall). Tell us the full size you would build and why. Include friends and tell them all about what you have built, what it means, and what you are discovering. Send in a picture of you and your friends with your Earthworks project.
